Leather One Direct would never give, sell or trade any customers personal information to a third party. Shop our website with confidence knowing your personal information is safe and never leaves this site. Returns & Replacements
Products may be returned at any time to Leather One Direct for any reason within the first 72 hours of receipt but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping and related fees will strictly be at the customers expense and any item shipped COD will be refused. Any significant damage noted by the customer before receipt will be subject to the claim process with the applicable shipping or delivery agency. Claims will be filed by Leather One Direct on behalf of the consignee and can take up to 30 days to process and an additional 30 days to settle. The customer is required and expected to thoroughly inspect every item before signing any delivery paperwork. Minor damage to merchandise may qualify for local repair by a licensed and qualified professional that will be contracted and dispatched by Leather One Direct. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. Obviously we want every customer to be thoroughly satisfied with their purchase from Leather One Direct and we will try to go above and beyond what the customer expects. If you have a problem with your order, our internet sales staff will personally work with you to help resolve the situation. Please remember that once you sign for your merchandise, you are releasing Leather One Direct and the delivery agents of any responsibility for the condition of your merchandise.Please do not let the delivery agent pressure you to sign before you have checked your order and are sure it meets your requirements.
Ordering
Orders placed through our website will be processed within 2 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email. Merchandise should ship from one of our warehouses within 1 business day of the order confirmation and a shipping notification will be emailed to you along with any tracking information. Any delays in shipping your order will be communicated with you by one of our internet sales representatives. Occassionally special arrangements must be made and these will be handled personally by our staff. If you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, you can be assured that your order is on its way. Once your order has been received and you have signed your delivery statement we consider the tranaction completed. Any circumstances that may arise after the completion of your transaction will be personally handled by our internet sales staff.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
For online purchases we are proud to offer the security and reliability of PayPal. That means every transaction is guaranteed by the online leader in financial web transactions. Our online pricing is based on our showroom pricing and any online specials would be applicable in-store. Public promotions will be clearly listed on our homepage and private promotions will be offered through email and text periodically through the year and will include a promo code to be entered at the time of purchase.
Viewing Orders
Your order will be available to view through your account. You will be able to view changes in Order Status within your account and those changes will be reinforced with emails from Leather One Direct to you, the customer. Anytime you cannot find the answer to a specific question by using your account, please feel free to direct your question to our internet sales team at sales@leatheronedirect.com.
Updating Account Information
You can change your account information at anytime you DO NOT have an order pending. If you have an order that is being processed and you feel some information may have been entered incorrectly, you should contact our sales team at sales@leatheronedirect.com. We incourage you to update your account periodically so you can receive private sale and promotion offers from Leather One Direct. If you have any problems making changes to your account, or feel the need to have your account deleted, please contact us (some personal information may have to be verbally obtained to verify your account before any changes could be made by our team).
